I had a return from shoes, I had my order and the shoes, sans box, this was obviously an issue even though I received the shoes with no box, needless to say I was told I couldn’t return them since they could not do an even exchange, but they could send me out of my way to the Weddington store where I could exchange since they had my size, although out of my way it was a blessing since that store manager was a doll and super helpful and guess what she gave me the damn box and wasn’t sure why the other store made such a big deal out of it! Customer service is lacking at the Monroe store!
I know it's the holidays so things are picked thru. Just couldn't find the right shoes for me. They're helpful just didn't have what I wanted.
Two amazingly patient and helpful sales woman who helped me with my two children at 730 at night find great sneakers for my kids.
Not a great selection of women's boots. But many other styles and sizes.
