Piercing Pagoda

Went today to get our 5 month old daughters ears pierced. Mind you this is our third daughter and the other two also got their ears pierced here. Never had a problem and always had a great experience. I’m not sure the ladies name that we worked with but I should have followed my gut and came back another day. She threw some random dots on our babies ears not centered at all and when we asked her to even them up she was annoyed like we were wasting her time. Then my husband asked her to wipe the previous marks off and to put a new dot in the center of her ear. The lady then rolled her eyes. We felt like we were upsetting her so my husband kept saying I’m sorry this is just important and we want it to look good. Now thinking back .... we shouldn’t have been apologizing she should be apologizing to us. 1) for having no compassion ..this is our baby we want this to look good especially since they will be in there for most likely her entire life 2) for not trying at all to make them even 3) for rolling her eyes at us when we wanted to make sure they were right and looked good.nWe spent a decent amount of money there today and it’s upsetting that they would allow someone who treats people like this to work with customers. All I know is that I’ve referred several friends and family members there and will definitely not be recommending them anymore. It’s a shame to treat people like this especially in these times when businesses are struggling to stay above water. You at the VERY least have to treat people with respect.

Terrible customer service and very unprofessional! I would give them no stars if that was an option. I was finishing up a transaction with one of the employees when I’m assuming what is their version of a “store manager” proceeds to tell me to put a mask on or she is not helping me any longer. I said I have been dealing with this lady for 15 minutes and we are finishing up a transaction and you are just now worried about my mask. Mean while she is helping another customer of the same race as her with out a mask. At this point what am I to think? I am waiting on a call back from corporate to proceed with further actions on this lady. This is not ok and I will not stand for it. I will go as far as I need to for this to be dealt with in the appropriate manner. No one should have to go through this and while many others would be scared and stand down, not me! You messed with the wrong one. I also called the store back to get the ladies name who did this to me and they wouldn’t give it to me which throws up a red flag up, she knows what she did was wrong. If you are like me and stand for what is right and want to be treated fairly with race not being a factor don’t shop at this store. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

They do use piercing guns do just make sure u dont come here to get cartilage and or other peircings u wouldnt want infected or ruined
