Claire's

Went twice yesterday only to be greeted with an “out to lunch” sign in front of a locked door. Get there today, same deal except the “manager” is talking to the guy in the kiosk out front. We explain we’d like to enter to shop, she says “nope, come back in 45 minutes.” We explain the deal, obviously she lets us in but it’s not a pleasant experience. Who’s putting up the positive service reviews? Either current management is new or these reviews are sketchy. Avoid Clare’s in Monroe if you have the option.

What a wonderful staff. Professional, friendly, and kind. The pierce was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with my daughter. We had a great experience! Recommend 100%

I did my girls birthday party at Claire’s in the Monroe Mall and I couldn’t say better things about it! The workers (Ty, Maria, and DJ) were so great and helpful! I high recommend it!

This Location Reminds you of what girl power is. Postive fun Vibes ... Great Service. They will definitely lift your spirits !

I just called to see if they were hiring and the lady was very rude. She yelled at me and told me that I was the 7th person to call as if I was the same person and then continued to yell at me and be very disrespectful, she then hung up on me. I’m disappointed in the service and I can’t imagine how others would be treated.
