I had an emergency trauma where I had shoved my teeth back towards my mouth on Sunday 8/17/20 I went to an emergency dental place in Charlotte that had NO bedside manners, rude, and couldn’t tell me what they could do, I was sent to Union Oral Surgery by Dr. Leonard Hess. From the moment I stepped in this office, I was treated with the most kind, gentle natured staff I have ever met. They were so eager to help me and fast as possible. The anesthesiologist was AMAZING & everyone made me so safe and comforted through the whole entire process! I am forever grateful to everyone there, front desk staff too!! Nicole and Dr. Patty were absolutely incredible! They took the time to explain the entire procedure to me, answer all of my questions and ease my concerns! I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience.

Everyone was so skilled and had a lot of knowledge in the dental field.nThe doctor was one great doctor and she showed so much respect to my husband I could have given her a hug. Everyone made my husband feel like he was the only one there and it really put him at ease. We will recommend this office to everyone that needs oral surgery or dental implants.
