Dr. P.L. Jeffries and Associates, PA - Monroe

Staff have Attitudes, Very slow, Tramutized my niece, Rude and overall vwry bad dentist.Please dentist.Please Dont Take Your kids here they will be treated badly and Posibly Tramitized.

They over book clients and you wait for two hours each visit. Dr Horton is very rude and slow she always has an excuse for why she’s taking so long. She lied and said she’s the only Dr. in the office. The last time she refused to service my child because she was too lazy to fax a release form. My children are 12 and 13 have been seen at this office since they were babies and over the last few years it has gotten worse and worse. Dr. Jefferies is really nice and we stayed because he seems to be genuine I have called several times to complain but the problem has not been resolved today was my last straw with this office.

Very slow and most of the staff have attitudes. Not very kid friendly at all!
