Very unhelpful! Went there to inquire about filing a temporary emergency custody order for children presently in my home and care just to learn there's not a process in place in NC. NC has the worst mental health and child welfare laws.

The deputies were helpful and friendly. Easy to maneuver and find way around.

Easy process. In and out. Arrive early, first come first serve for traffic court. Officials did not badger or belittle anyone. Pretty good experience!

Definitely there is no justice here!! Magistrate in magistrate court is not fit and no one above them cares to even return our phone calls!! NC Board of Justice can’t do anything b/c Union County use not unlicensed individuals for Mag. positions!nMagistrate Magi is the one that I am referring to.
