Regal Nails, Salon & Spa

This was my daughters first time ever being in a nail salon, my plan was to wow her with the excitment and beauty of treating yourself to spa days, I wasn't expecting the world but I recieved much less than anticipated. On the way there I called them and they said come on in we aren't busy, I walked in to every seat being full and was given no greeting of any kind so I was standing there like a bump on a log and decided to take the first step, I took my 5 year old to choose her colors and then we went on to wait outside for about 10 minutes, i had still not received any kind of confirmation that we would be seen at any time and (i had signed in on their screen when i first arrived) I then went and bought my daughter lunch but before leaving i let them know and left my daughters colors with one of the staff and I let them know that those were my daughters chosen colors and I was scoffed at and given an eye roll in reply. I literally couldn't believe what had just happened and I tried to convince myself and my kid that we were fine and that it was still going to be a great time, coming back from the cafe we continued sitting outside of the salon and after about 5 minutes a member of staff had a unique way of letting us know by walking out waving us in and walking away, i guessed a place for my daughter to sit ( the only empty booth) and she finally started her first manicure- usually I wouldn't be upset about little things but I just felt the staff member was a bit too rough on her, this was her first time and she didn't know how to do any part of this experience and the lady was not helpful in any way, she practically pulled my daughters arms up to the table and it just infuriated me, no manners of any kind were given to us and yet I still gave a three dollar tip because i honestly felt we had been a burden on them and caused them so much problem. Needless to say... We will find a new salon. And hopefully my daughter will erase this from her mind and make a new experience somewhere else with more attentive and helpful people.

They are very nice and professional. They do an amazing job on manicures and pedicures. Prices are great too!

SONNY WAS AMAZING. Tomorrow I have a job interview. I came in at 6:30 and needed a fill in and pedi. They of course closed at 7:30. All of his other employees left and he stayed to finish my Nails. Not only did he stay late but he did a beautiful job on my SNS nail dip. He was kind and courteous! Thanks Sonny! I will be back in 2 weeks ‼ufe0f ud83dudc85ud83cudffbud83dudda4

Clean. Friendly. Comfortable to go get my nails done again. OMG love the hot towel.

Beautiful place with Great service!! Love how their work desk have an electrical outlet for customers to charge their devices while waiting or getting serviced. That comes in handy!
