I worked with Zach to address a few different back issues earlier this year. The sessions were amazing, I always felt myself gaining the strength and flexibility I needed to address the issues I was having. He spent time explaining the issues, working through exercises he was prescribing me and holding me accountable for the work I needed to do on my own. I can't recommend him highly enough and credit him in large part for the fitness goals I've been able to achieve this year as a result!
HIDEF is amazing! Mitch and Dr.Zach’s holistic approach to health and fitness makes so much sense. They have a 3 step approach to ensure that you’re at your best: personal training, nutrition coaching & physical therapy. More below about each program!nnMitch handles personal training & nutrition coaching. As a trainer, he will uncover your personal goals and work with you on a weekly basis. You’ll start out with modifications to your diet with the over all goal of achieving a healthy lifestyle that you will be able to maintain yourself. Mitch is extremely encouraging and understanding of each situation. My weekly meetings with him were just what I needed with accountability & a healthy dose of positivity that I needed.nnOn the personal training side, Mitch has a wealth of knowledge and will write out at home workout programs for you to follow. If you want 1:1 coaching he provides video conference coaching which is motivating for me! Knowing I would be working out in real time (via video) made me get up and ensure movement. Mitch will make sure that your form is on point and the hour long sessions breeze by!nnWe can’t forget about Dr. Zach! He handles the physical therapy portion and has been a life saver since my string of injuries (#thisis30). I’ve found that even if you’re not injured PT is so important to keep your body in the best shape it can be and is great for preventing injuries. I had a skiing injury and my inner knee area never got better even after a few weeks. Decided to get it checked out and Dr. Zach to the rescue! After doing 4 stress tests he found that I had sprained my MCL’s. He met with me weekly to get me back to normal and via the MedBridge app I had home to follow along.nnThen I sprained my ankle during COVID and since it was an acute injury Dr. Zach was able to see me the day after it happened. Honestly, this was the best thing I’ve ever done. I would have rested my ankle and not walked on it for a few days but I found out that you need to encourage movement back to the affected area. The manual adjustments and care Dr. Zach provides is top notch. I was able to run on a treadmill for 30 minutes *5 WEEKS* after this happened! He truly takes the time to explain why specific movements are important and what body parts they’re activating.nnI cannot thank the HIDEF team enough. I 100% recommend their entire suite of services, check them out for a consult you won’t be disappointed!!
I can't say enough about how amazing my PT experience was being able to have Zach come to my home and give me one on one attention and direction as I healed from several different injuries. I have had PT numerous times throughout my life due to sports injuries and surgeries. This experience of having PT in my own home with his undivided attention was unsurpassed.nThis was also during peak quarantine season and I have yet to see his full face because he has been extremely professional about wearing full face mask and disinfecting everything upon entering the home before I touch it.nHe was extremely knowledgeable about how everything in the body is connected and I learned so much about my nerves, fascias, muscles, tendons, and everything in between. I was able to get used to having a space in my home that I actually use to do my exercises in and that in and of itself was one of the most notable differences than going to a PT place, where I get put on a bike to warm up, them they come show me an exercise, then leave while I do them. He warms me up on his PT table with light stretches and massage and taught me how to correctly do a series of easy to replicate excercises that were much easier on my body than traditional strengthening exercises. I highly recommend this at home or custom workout area experience from Zach or his partner to anyone.
I have had such a amazing and great experience here! Dr. Patrick and Dr. Zach are very knowledgeable. absolutely know what they’re doing and really do take care about their patients. They would make sure you’re feeling better. I would definitely recommend to everybody. Excellent service. (And the price is right )
I'm glad I came across Zach for Physical Therapy. I am a former athlete and still very active. it was really important for me to find a therapist who had experience with dealing with sports injuries. I've been seeing Zach for a knee injury that has kept me sidelined longer than any issue I've had. Zach was able to address the issue and develop a simple program for my rehab process. Most therapists I've dealt with only helped me deal with the short term fix and pain. Zach attacked the root cause of my injury and educated me on how I can prevent this in the future, which is exactly what I was looking for.nnAfter dealing with with my knee injury, I had Zach address all my other body imbalances that I've never dealt with and he has been able to help me get back to become a better and more efficient athlete. I highly recommend Zach if you're dealing with a sports injury or if you're looking for someone who can diagnose your injury correctly and educate you on how to get back to moving efficiently. Thanks Zach!
