Melissa Designer Jewelry

Melissa worked with me in November 2020 to create a custom engagement ring for my husband. I felt very welcome in the store and she worked within my budget to create a gorgeous, one-of-a-kind ring. In the process I decided to ask if she would redesign my own engagement ring to match his, and she took the extra work on without any issues. The end result were two beautiful rings, my old engagement ring setting used to make a beautiful pearl ring for my daughter, and appraisals for the engagement rings. Her jewelry is exquisite and she has a well-established career which gives her access to many options for you when it comes to finding a special jewel. The Montana sapphire we found for my husband's ring was breathtaking. The entire experience was feel-good start to finish, which made a huge difference as it was my first time buying jewelry this high-quality. I also want to note that several years before I came in looking for simple gold earrings because of an allergy. What I could afford at that time was pretty minimal, but the staff at the store treated me like a Queen nonetheless and helped me find many options within my budget.

Brought my mother's 63 year old engagement ring to Melissa Designer Jewelry before asking my girlfriend to marry me. The ring looked old and dirty. I was concerned it wouldn't look very nice after cleaning.nFirst of all, Melissa and Cathy were great to work with. Melissa identified that one of the three stones on the ring was loose. She was able to reset the stone and tighten it up nicely. The real surprise was that the ring looked brand new after Melissa cleaned and polished it. EXCELLENT JEWELER! I’m so in love with my custom piece by Melissa. She and her team were a pleasure to work with. I first heard of Melissa Designer Jewelry from two clients of mine who had their wedding bands made by Melissa. They raved about how much they loved the rings and the work spoke for itself, BEAUTIFUL. My husband gifted this piece of art (that sits on my finger) for my birthday & to commemorate the birth of our daughter. The stone is in relation to our daughter’s birthstone. The gold work designed around the stone is feminine, organic, and yet still powerful. When I came to Melissa I had an idea I wanted in my head; but Melissa showed me sketches designed for my setting that made me go a completely different direction… and I’m so glad I did because Melissa designed and created a masterpiece! She made sure everything was perfect even down to the last fitting. All the ladies of Melissa Jewelry Design play parts to make the magic happen. A coworker recommended I go to Melissa's to get my watch battery changed, because I told her I tried the Walmart jewelry counter and they were unable to help me. I went to Melissa's and it was a great experience!nMy coworker had a similar problem finding somewhere to get her watch battery changed; the place she used to go said they couldn't anymore, and they'd have to send it out. But she went to Melissa's and they were able to help her! We both will keep going back there, it is such a nice shop! They even tested my watch battery before changing it to make sure the problem I had was with the battery and not something else wrong with my watch. I appreciate that attention to detail!!

Melissa is a kindhearted and spunky lady. I truly enjoyed working with her. I'm so glad I found her web site, read the great reviews, and chose her. She took diamonds I inherited and made them into a right-hand ring I will wear forever. The creation is simultaneously timeless and modern. Her art is a gift! I also loved how she enthusiastically and patiently explained exactly how the ring would be built for me. Incredible. I'm over the moon!
