Orange County Magistrate

I have consistently tried to communicate with people from this organization in reference to paying of a traffic citation. When I first called the woman I spoke to was very rude and told me to contact North Carolina DOT. Upon me contacting NCDOT they told me that the courthouse is who I need to speak to you. I have Called orange county clerk of courts, nine times in 30 minutes; the line is getting picked up and hung up. I’m really confused on how somebody is supposed to handle a matter if you can’t get a person on the phone and when the phone does finally ring your getting hung up on. This is very unprofessional. This courthouse has allowed members of a racist KKK organization march outside of their front doors with no hesitation but if somebody tries to call to get information about a citation they are getting hung up on how does that make sense?

A guy by the name Jesse Ramirez told me he was going to send people to kill me I filed a report on him 2-4 day later 2 guys showed up with guns nothing ever happen to jesse he still on the streets
