Fancy Nails

I have had nothing but wonderful experience at this salon. Staff was meticulous, sweet, personable and did a great job. Nice & clean place. Everything was great. Prices are affordable!

He did a fantastic job my nails! A week later, and they’re still looking brand new. He was really kind and even painted my niece’s nails. We’re not from NC but the experience was amazing. I loved their interior as well, it was very inviting.

I had a very stressful day, so I came here for an SNS manicure and pedicure.nnThe pedicure was lovely, but the manicure was terrible. First, the color I chose from the display/swatch did not match the final color on my nail. I wanted a soft, sheer pink; instead, the color ended up being hot pink. The two colors I chose (#76 & #77), one being a glitter accent nail, were right next to each other on the display and appeared similar. As you can see in the pictures, the display nails must have faded or been incorrectly marked because the accent nail is not similar at all to the rest of my nails. I did not notice this until 4 or 5 of my nails had been dipped. Second, my cuticles were not trimmed. I do not like telling people how to do their jobs, so I assumed the technician knew what he was doing. He buffed my whole nail with a buffing block instead of actually trimming my cuticles. It looks sloppy when you look closely.nnBy the end of my service at 7pm (their closing time), I had no energy to argue with them. I just paid and left, then cried in my car. I had an awful day and wanted my nails to look nice for an upcoming trip, but I left disappointed. I will be out of town for the next few days and cannot come back to have them fixed. Next time I'll just do them myself like I have been doing and will not come back. I absolutely hate the way my nails look.

I paid more than I usually do but it was worth it. I gave no direction on the shape I wanted for my natural nails, and he did a fantastic job. My nails are smooth and still look good 2 weeks later.
