Absolutely phenomenal staff and service! Top quality selection and super polite. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the employees there named Deborah and I have never experienced such awesome customer service. Not only did she help me pick a beautiful piece of jewelry but she was also incredibly personable. 5 stars easy and keep up the great work!

I am beyond upset & disappointed with my service. I went in to have my wedding ring sized. They sized me, called me a few days later when it was ready & I picked it up. Upon pick up, I noticed that my wedding ring was warped & sized incorrectly. The woman told me that the sizing was correct & due to cold or warm temperatures it may move slightly. I, knowing nothing, believed her. I then questioned why the band is now warped & was told it was “like that when it was dropped off”. This is impossible, I’ve never worn the ring before, as it was so large it would have fallen off of my finger. I contacted them a few weeks later & was told that they would re-size it again but that I would have to pay. They sized it incorrectly & ruined my ring without taking any accountability. There was no apology or any sort of option for me to have it fixed. I then went to another Fred Meyer Jeweler location, where I was told that the original location had to fix it & they could not help me. Poor customer service, no empathy, & liars. By the way, the ring is still not the correct size - I can’t wear it without it slipping or falling off my finger.

Bought my ring out of state, brought it in to be cleaned and the lady was a snob. Wasn't that great of an experience. When I picked up my ring, it was better customer service but still not great. I planned to look around but after the treatment, I refuse to give them any kind of commission

Rebecca and Brendy are awesome! They always are accommodating and when I have gotten my ring fitted, they got it back to me super fast! Love them!
