I started to write a whole diatribe about my experience and the bottom line is: ask lots of questions, confirm the floor plan, dimensions, and options at the sales office, design center, AND the building specs. My home varied on all three versions and I feel jipped because at the end of the day they followed the building specs and I would have made different decisions or added options. Made worse by the PMs response that he “doesn’t take punch lists from the homeowner” (he’s no longer the area PM). And once you move in start a list immediately of fixes and follow up lots in your first year to have the items completed. ’Haven’t dealt with Warranty yet but so far their responses are prompt and helpful.
We are early in the process with building our Dan Ryan home, but so far the process has been awesome thanks to DRB agent Christopher Thomas. Mr. Thomas has spent a lot of time making sure my wife and I dream house is perfect. He’s honest and holds his word. He shows he cares about you and not just about a dollar. Mr. Thomas’s professionalism And customer service is above and beyond. I’m thankful we were able to get MR. Thomas before he transferred properties. Dan Ryan made a great choice in who represents them.
Beautiful homes. Nicely priced in a very nice neighborhood. The sales associate Aubrey was awesome paying exception to detail and listening to everything we said as opposed to just trying to sell us a home. She went above and beyond and we had a great experience.
The sales consultants Christian, Noel and Chris are fantastic to work with and very patient, look forward to working with DRB group
Dan Ryan seemed okay throughout the purchase process. A few issues here and there, but they were addressed as they popped up. Then they got our money and stopped caring.nnWarranty work is impossible to get scheduled, and poorly done when it is. Simple repairs drag out for months, and then you’re told they won’t be fixed. I have 27’ long separations in my flooring with exposed glue that Dan Ryan says are “in spec” and exactly what should be expected from their product. Stay as far away from them as you possibly can.
