I've been coming here a while now. Carmen does a great job and is my stylist of choice.nIf the phone was answered more than 10% of the time I would give them 5 stars. Answering the phone is very important for customer relations and they have a lot of room for improvement with that.

I’ll be very clear here - I’m not giving Great Clips 5 stars- I’m giving Marquela 5 stars. I’ve had some pretty bad experiences at this location but I still like to give others a chance. Today Marquela turned it all around for me and whom I’ll be requesting from now on. She was so nice and friendly and gave my 8 year old grandson exactly the haircut he wanted. It looks awesome! She truly made his day. Thank you ud83dude4f.

I visited Ben to have my hair trimmed. The facility was clean, everyone was wearing masks, and social distancing! I love my cut, and will be back again! Thank you so much!

I was there today around 11 am, Feb 3rd and heard a very unprofessional conversation by a male stylist. He provoked his customer to discuss politics and disagreed with her view and then started to refuse to finish her cut. The customer was apologetic which in my opinion she did not need to be as she was not argumentative nor confrontational. It was the stylist that was disagreeable, confrontational and demeaning to the customer.nI’ve had good service in the past but will no longer return and definitely share with friends and family.nI hope personal opinions stay out of this business in the future.

I’m honestly kind of surprised at how messed up the haircut was, yet absolutely embarrassed to be seen in public like this. It’s almost as if she trimmed the left side of my head and forgot what it looked like by the time she got to the right side. My side burns are uneven by half an inch and she shaved my beard to the bottom of my ear on one side, and the other side meets my sideburn. Can you imagine how ridiculous this looks? How do you even manage to trim someones short beard when cutting their short hair?nnI get it, this isn’t a 5 star salon. This is a place to go to for a quick, easy, simple hair cut.. but failed miserably to even accomplish that
