Excellent customer service. Eileen and the store manager were very helpful.

I went to kay jewelers to get my ring resized in the beginning of January. 2 weeks had gone by so my boyfriend had called for a follow up on the ring and all they told his was whenever they text or email him is when it is ready. Today is now 1 Month without a text or email!!! I called multiple times through the day today to ask about the ring and even made sure they were open and none of my calls were answered. i’ve never been to Kay Jewelers before and after this i’m not coming back.

Every time I go to the mooresville location the service keeps getting better and better. Emily is great, she always meets are needs and goes above and beyond to make sure we are completely happy. Never had a bad experience and will continue to shop here.nnEmail you are awesome and we really appreciate all your help, I encourage people shopping for new bands, wedding sets etc ask for Emily.

What really sets this Kay's apart from others is the staff. They're always super friendly, ready to answer any questions with a smile. I've gone there for everything from making a new purchase, getting a watch battery replaced, having my jewelry cleaned or needing something repaired and I've always been extremely pleased with the service. As long as I live nearby I'll continue going to this Kay's for all of my jewelry needs.
