Okay, scratch that 5 star review. They failed today at a same day delivery to the same school, even though I placed my order at 7 AM and paid the $9.99 same day delivery fee. When I called after the school closed with no delivery, while they did offer to reschedule and refund the $9.99 delivery fee, they were not apologetic at all. I understand that you are busy during this time, but if you are too busy to pay attention to the logistics of your same day orders, you are too busy and shouldn't offer that service. What a disappointment. I will not be relying on this service to lift the spirits of my wife again or for anything else for that matter.nn--Original Review--nExceptional service! I needed a last minute arrangement delivered same day and by 3 PM, even though I was placing the order at 11 AM. They nailed the arrangement and delivery despite the short notice! They will be my new go-to service when I need something to lift someone's spirits. I can't thank you enough for saving the day today! You have won a customer for life!

Awesome customer service... met the owner.. made a beautiful apology I'm sorry arrangement same day walk in. Strawberry Banana smoothie was out of this world..

UPDATE- Spoke to the weekend manager finally on the 26th and he made it right immediately. This was the first person I spoke to who was knowledgeable and apologetic. I appreciate him and how nice he was. I may consider using edible arrangements again.nnRUN FAR AWAY... UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY ONLY TO NOT DELIVER PRODUCT.. Placed an order on the 17th to be delivered on the 22nd. Checked on it on the 23rd and then 24th and was reassured it would be sent out both days.. Here we are on the 25th and the order still hasn't been started. Management brushes you off and makes promises that they don't keep. Don't waste your money because now I have to fight with them to get my $60 back.

Thank you Rose and Camilla for cheering up my nephew Bronson today with the fruit assortment dipped in chocolate! He has texted his appreciation three times to me today so I just had to pick up the phone to call you (y'all get some Love over the holiday too)! Every time I need to send a gift anywhere in the US, Edible Arrangements is my first choice and every order I've ever placed makes the recipient so happy. Thank you for the kindness you bring when the gift box arrives!
