The employees are beautiful, welcoming, and genuinely seem like they want to help. Today I was greeted by two people, and I could feel their positive energy radiating, even through their masks upon entering. I was offered help by 3 employees while browsing for about 5 minutes. I wish I remembered their names. I love the vibe of this store. Thank you!!
I’d give zero stars if I could... Well, congratulations ULTA you just lost a loyal customer... How dare you TELL me to leave for not wearing a mask. It’s only a matter of time before the public retaliates and your store has no more customers. Keep playing games and taking away the customers RIGHTS who don’t feel masks work, even after it has been proven that only N99 masks or high work. Yet another reason why people order their items on Amazon!

Sad that this is now the ULTA I live closest to. No one available to do brows until five pm Tuesday. (It’s Saturday). No birthday gift....why advertise it if you won’t have any for days?nThe associates were nice except for the manager telling me she didn’t have any brow experts available as if it was my fault. Oh well. I just may do all my shopping online.
Your rude employees require a mask and wont let somebody with a disability, which said disability prevents them from wearing a mask, shop in your store. I definitely made note of all the employees standing at the door and I will be reporting this to the ADA!
