Noa Nails & Spa

Went on Good Friday and it was very busy. The women who did our nails were awesome, polite and did a fantastic job. They need more help though so they don't feel so rushed on days like today.

I come every two to three weeks and have never had a bad experience. Ann, Wendy and Maya are all amazing. I have several friends who also use NOA on a regular basis.

Noa Nails is the place to go. I have been to many nail spas in the Lake Norman area, from Huntersville to Statesville, and none compare. I am from Miami and it took me a long time to find a nail place. Everywhere I went, I was never truly satisfied. ALL services provided are done with absolute professionalism and excellency. It’s a friendly, welcoming environment. This is where I come to relax and refresh. I especially have to give credit to Mia who ALWAYS does such an amazing job. I appreciate her attention to detail and how she goes above and beyond to make sure it’s done right and her client is happy. She really takes pride in her work. My sisters and I also love Wendy (who gives a great foot massage.. we sometimes add an extra 10 minutes), Rachel, Dianna.. you really can’t go wrong with anyone who works there— they are all good at what they do and so sweet. I'm new to this area, I've been here about 3 weeks and I have been looking for a Nail Salon that performs waxes, massages and nail care. I've previously seen Noa Nails when I visited another establishment across from it so I was excited to check it out. Today 9/10/15 I walked in and asked for my eyebrows and a half leg wax. The Woman whom I presume was either the owner or Manager of the establishment said ok come in but then there was some conversation in a different language I believe explaining that I wanted a half leg wax and then she hesitated and then explained to the young lady how to do it. Denoting her possible inexperience in doing a half leg wax, I asked if she can give me someone who was familiar with the procedure then another conversation occurred in a different language and then the Manager asked me if I wanted to come back or make an appointment at another time? I asked if I could be serviced today, now she said just come back. I felt as though I was being brushed off and my business wasn't wanted because a lack of experience in a certain procedure. My entire time here I've met very friendly, accommodating people and staff and I never expected the treatment I receive today at this establishment. I am a type of Woman to go to the salon at least twice a month and I was looking for a clean, friendly environment to frequent but now I will never give any business to this Noa Nail because of poor customer service.

A little pricey, not used to paying $12 for a eyebrow wax. Had to remind technician of all that came with the VIP package because I felt like she was skipping over some of the things that was including in the package. I like the social distancing and the petitions that they have up to ensure safety for the customers.
