We have lived in Mooresville now for 2 1/2 years, and judging from Vanillas looks, decor and reviews I decided to try it out. I was extremely specific about what I wanted; blonde small highlights, a few low lights and no brass. Easy.... right? Jacqueline was my stylist, and I left with LARGE, yellow highlights and black low lights. (I have dark brown hair, but had a few highlights already in from previously doing it myself.) Had I known I would be paying for $280 worth of yellow large highlights, I would have kept my money. I can do better at home for $12 box kits. Maybe there are other stylists that listen... but for 4 hours, $280 worth of looking like I blasted ‘Sun-in’ directly on my head, this is the LAST place I would recommend going. Jacqueline was nice and professional, but I don’t believe she was listening nor paying attention.
Daughter absolutely loved the whole experience. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend.

For the price I paid for a basic men's haircut, it should be the best hair cut I've ever gotten...sadly is not. $35 before tax, in the chair it looked okay, never got to see the backside. Boyfriend saw it when I got home and wasn't pleased with the back of it
I just moved to the area from CT and was very worried about having to find a new salon that would truly understand my hair needs. I have very thick and curly hair making it difficult to cut and or style but Sierra (my stylist) did a lovely job! I will definitely be returning and this time for some nice highlights. Thanks Sierra!
