I’m originally from New York City. And I have been looking for a hairstylist for about 3 years, that is close to home!! The first time when I stopped in to ask questions about pricing and watch them as they were working on a customer. I did not feel the love or welcomed. However thank god for second chances. I called and made an appointment. And not only did she do a phenomenal job. I was fed some delicious pork along with some eggnog. Finally I have a new hairstylist!! Thank you so very much. That being said if you’re looking for a hairstylist that can work magic and knows how to work with curly hair. Please call Amelia’s hair design by appointment only. I promise you it’s the best decision you’ll make. As my grandma used to say, the crown of a woman is her hair. Thank you.

This is the best salon that I have ever visited, I have been going over a year now and my hair has grown so much. Amelia uses very little chemical products on your hair and I couldn't believe that a perm would last in my hair for three months which it has never done until I started visiting her salon. I would recommend you to give her salon a try to see for yourself.
They never cease to achieve whatever style or request I need on my hair, and accompany this with amazing service and great atmosphere. I don’t have any complaints ! They know how to do amazing blowouts and how to straighten my hair perfectly. 10/10 recommend coming here if you are needing to do your hair :).
Went in for a dye. I had a general idea but wasn't sure what I wanted exactly. I told her what I thought, she made recommendations, and my hair looks wonderful!
