Kim and her family are so kind. They always go above and beyond for wonderful customer service. I absolutely love getting my nails done there, thanks to my sister in law for recommending and taking me there. I wouldn't go anywhere else ❤ufe0f

So nice and the service was awesome! They actually took the time to give me quality service and not rushing through. I’m from out of town and was very lucky to come across this nail spa. I highly recommend the deluxe pedicure and gel manicure. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in town.

So...I really wanted to love this place. Super nice friendly owners. Clean salon. Appointments that are easily available. But the actual service that I received has my nails still super weakened months later! I have super healthy, fast growing nails. I have been doing my own gel nails at home for the past couple years (with special effect and all!), but I had been working a lot of overtime the past few months, so I figured I would treat myself to a nice French manicure that is hard to do myself. So I came in for a gel French manicure. They have a very small selection of colors, but was able to come close to what I envisioned.nI had gel on my nails when I walked in, but instead of soaking them and taking the old gel off the correct way, she just began grinding away on my nails with a drill. Instead of speaking up, I figured I would try a different way to do my nails. HUGE mistake!!!nThe application of the French manicure was about a “B” not too thin, but not too thick. Not really precise either. I’m OCD, so I guess I’m overly picky when it comes to symmetry.nI will admit, the mani she gave me lasted longer than most! But once I changed the color 4 weeks later, it was visibly obvious that my nails were wrecked!!! 4 months after and I’m still cussing out my nails as they break daily! My nails haven’t been this short and stubby in years, but finally they are almost at the point of the new growth since the manicure.nAlso...I came there for a nice relaxing manicure, but didn’t get a hand soak or much of a hand massage that I have experienced at other salons. And she painted my nails first...then cut my cuticles. Never seen that in my life! Why didn’t she cut down my cuticles first, then paint my nails so I wouldn’t end up with such a big gap between my freshly cut cuticles and my newly painted nail?!nLastly, another peeve had to do with payment. I like to pay the service with card, but tip with cash. She really harassed me into paying for the entire thing in cash, not to mention, they charge about $5-10 more per service than other places. Technically, they are the owners, so I shouldn’t have tipped them, but felt obligated to. Really unprofessional and can safely say, I will never return.

I love this place! I've never made an appointment so sometimes there's a bit of a wait. Totally understandable. They have ALWAYS done a fantastic job with my super sensitive feet and the owners are a joy to talk to and get to know! I should note, they are a very CLEAN place. I've worked in fields that require implements to be sterile and sanitized and they are on top of it all!

These people are Pros! They understand how the Kinesiology of massage. You will walk on air after your visit.
