Great place for a quick easy cut, not a place to go if you want more.
I checked in using the Great Clips app and when I get there the doors are locked. The only stylist their looked annoyed and said “we are having a staff problem and that the owner should of updated the app.” I understand something are out of the stylist control but, this seems to happen quite frequently. The stylist blame the owner and the owner blame the stylist, it’s always just a blame game.
I walked in and they asked if i had checked in on the app. I said yes i did. They went about cutting the other guest hair, which wasnt a problem. The problem came when they realized that they did not check me in on there end. I wàs skipped by four customers before they realized what had happened. Then after they didnt communicate to the other what had happened. So now i am skipped by five customers. I am walking out now and will never be back to this location.

Quick and had a very good stylist working! Sometimes in these quick salons like this the staff is less than desirable but the girl working did a great job on my haircut. She was the only one working though and I could tell she felt a bit rushed. Salon was nice and clean.
