There is something to be said for making beautiful arrangements, but more to be said if an arrangement does not stand up to expectations and how someone handles that. I had flowers delivered and three days later, well they weren’t looking like florist flowers. I let Summerfield Florist know of my disappointment and the next day another beautiful arrangement was delivered with an apology note. That is the kind of service that makes me a customer for life!
