Andrew and Kristy are great! Very polite, friendly and do immaculate work. I go every 2-3 weeks for a fill in. Not because I need to, because I only like to wear a polish for about that long . I could honestly go 4 weeks and the new growth is not that significant. They make sure you are happy and I won't go anywhere else!!
This was my first time here & I have to say that the service was incredible. I was greeted and given instructions as soon as I walked in and there was barely any wait. The lady that did my pedicure was very sweet and made me feel very comfortable the whole time.
I got served by Anna...she is amazing.. VC nails' provide a great and professional atomsphere for all your nail care needs
I've gone to this salon before and my service was great. My experience today was upsetting and I disappointed. Upon completion of my pedicure, I was directed to sit at the drying station. While there was another client at the drying table, we were at a safe distance during Covid-19. After sitting there for maybe 5 minutes a different technician directed her client to sit at the dryer and sat her right beside me (close as if we were sitting at a dinner table). I was not comfortable with the arrangement so I kindly got up and paid for my service then left. Again, the service I received was great, but that completely messed up my whole experience. I personally feel like if they don't have the capacity to accommodate the amount of clients safely they should limit the amount of people coming into the salon to allow physical distancing from other patrons.
Great Service, love how they take their time and don’t rush and very detailed!
