This was my first experience buying from a dealer. Griffin Handpicked Auto was definitely a smaller company, but that was what I liked about it. There was no pushy feel. I was simply asked what I was looking for, and was provided very helpful information in making my purchase decision. Pricing was very competitive. We ended up going with a mini van, so.....yeah. #swaggerwagon
Wonderful experience. They are very honest and upfront about everything. They want the best deal for both involved parties. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family looking for a vehicle.
Received car after I was told they did a tune up, fluids weren't even filled. First day cooling system started leaking. Third day battery died. Car started displaying messages to service ABS, traction systems, reduced engine power, and I was only getting 7mpg. I had the the cars computer checked for errors, says there's a problem with the ECM/PCM. They fixed a few more problems, will give 5 stars once major problems are resolved. This was to be a reliable vehicle, not a fixed upper. I already have 3 of those, why would I both another one
Super friendly, reasonable pricing, really easy to work with. They weren't pushy or overbearing (like most dealers) and I ended up with a great deal on a great car! Highly recommend!
