Rhudy's has always been the best jewelry shop in NC! Having said that, I had my Mother's diamond cluster wedding ring (originally purchased from Rhudy's) remounted and it is absolutely beautiful! I had picked out a ring guard to go with it. Together it's a stunning piece of craftsmanship and priceless beauty to me. Thank you Brett and all the others involved in making my sentimental ring come to life!

I went in to have a necklace altered to my liking and left with a pair of diamond earrings. Reyana gave me great customer service. She took her time to show me earrings that I may like. I truly appreciated her for everything she helped me with.

I bought a set of gold earrings from rudys with a LIFETIME warranty, the clasp had a broken , when i took the earrings in for repair I was told the company that made the earrings was no longer in business, so my warranty, need I say LIFETIME warranty was no longer available, well I didnt buy the earrings from that company, I bought them from Rudys, so just so everyone is aware, Rudys doent back what they sell, and they actually will repair it, but at your expense, 46 dollars to be exact, but hell will freeze over before I pay Rudys to repair a set of earrings that I purchased from them with a lifetime warranty, and yes i had my receipt, which they know most people wouldn't have.....nSo, Im only one customer, who cares right, but I will go out of my way to make sure everyone I ever hear mention Rudys jewelry knows that their customer service is poor, they dont back what they sell, atleast if its only a 200 dollar set of gold earrings, because i have a set with a receipt that they will not honor the lifetime warranty because they just simply lied

I'm SUPER EXCITED!!! I just came out of Rhudys with a BEAUTIFUL ring; one I've been waiting YEARS for!!! Mariah was AMAZING!!! She was so knowledgeable and professional yet made me feel very special, like I was the ONLY person in the showroom. I thank u guys SOOOO MUCH!nnAlso thanks to the beautiful blonde in car/audio bc she knew EXACTLY what to do. She took the time out to explain my payment options to me very well. And she really seemed to care about my outcome.nnLastly, JOHN thank u for being so observant bc had u not been, the sale may not have even went through.nnUltimately I would recommend RHUDYS to any and EVERYONE!!! They may not be n the most glamorous location but they know how to make u feel like A MILLION BUCKS!!!

I have been to Rhudy's several times, and each and every time I go I have a wonderful experience! Every person there is friendly. They have EXCELLENT customer service. I have had some minor issues with my engagement ring, but Rhudy's has been sure to take care of everything very quickly. I know I can always count on them to make everything right. John, one of their associates, has personally helped me and my fiance several times, and he is fantastic! I cannot wait to go back for us to purchase our wedding bands! Rhudy's is by far the best jewelry store I have ever been to. I would 100% recommend it to anyone.
