I was referred by a long time family friend and happens to be a dentist. He is also my patient in another health care facility. The staff was very professional and kind! The dentist came in and I felt he was rude and that he was upset that I came in. He did the procedure ( extraction) and was very cold and rough. I’m not sure why he treated me so badly but I was following my dentist/friend’s recommendations. Bill was paid in full and I won’t recommend him to anyone else.

After an incredible debacle with a tooth, I was referred here to this Dr. He and his staff were absolutely wonderful: caring, kind, and friendly. The Dr was the epitome of professionalism, and told me I didn't need to have the $5000 worth of work done that I had been told I needed. What a relief! I had a panoramic exray and consult and was not charged a dime! I would highly recommend this great place to anyone who has tried everything else to resolve a complicated dental issue. This Dr really knows his stuff.

If I could give this facility more stars I’d be honored. This wasn’t my 1st encounter, it was the second. The 1st time I was with a patient there. I noticed that each staff member treated people almost like family. Most of the time when you go places you’re miseducated by staff and rushed around but here, everyone listens with compassion. The dentist here is amazing as well. I’m not an easy patient but he made me feel so comfortable and educated me about my condition in a way I could understand. He took his time and I wasn’t there long at all. Currently I’m healing. Most offices could take some notes from the staff on how to treat patients and potential patients. My opinion is this is one of the best places on the east coast.

Today I went in for a consultation. I went in and did the basics, the x-rays and getting my blood pressure checked by the nurse, who was extremely friendly. She took me back to a room where we met the surgeon, Dr. T. We discussed the procedure, the possible complications, and informed him of the request for my extraction. He was extremely rude and seemed to be annoyed. Many clients going into a dentist office are nervous so, oral surgery was a little frightening to me. You would think after 31 years of experience, this man would have mastered bedside manner, not the case in this situation. Extremely disappointed Dr. T. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!
