I do NOT recommend stylist Stephanie for color!!! I went in with level 3, untouched hair. Partial highlights were done, Stephanie stating it would only be a two level lift, but I ended up with very brassy level 10 highlights. In simple terms, Dark brown hair with VERY blond highlights. The cut was fabulous, but the highlights were a bleached, striped out mess! The owner, Laura, is an absolute sweet heart... So, sad that she has such a poor colorist working there. (I confirmed the level of lift with two separate stylists at two separate salons.) Fixed it myself, as Stephanie would not own up to her mistake, insisting it to be a two level lift, and wanted me to pay for the product used to fix it initially. Cheaper and safer to do it myself!!!
Amanda is very professional and does an excellent job. Her prices are low with high quality. Highly recommend for all waxing needs
I made a hair appointment and when I showed up it seems that there was a scheduling conflict. Got it, things happen. What upset me was that the women I dealt with made me feel as if it was my fault that they had double booked appointments. The girl who was supposed to cut my hair apologized and walked away; Amanda, on the other hand bent over backwards to accommodate me and a friend of mine because she felt so bad.nnI would definitely recommend seeing Amanda for all facials, etc. However, I was very upset with the service provided by hairstylist.
