Was passing through Morganton on a family vacation and we had planned to visit some of The Hunger Games filming locations that were located near by we stopped by the visitor center to inquire more information about the spots and the lady working the desk was super helpful and friendly. She answered all of our questions and even provided us with more information plus random stories about the Hunger Games cast. The lady who assisted us even helped create the logo on the Hunger Games shirts they have for sell in the center! They were very unique and cute definitely one of a kind. Can't thank her enough for helping us, such a sweet sweet lady.
I can't accurately rate it, I didn't have the chance to go in. Planning on doing some hiking in the area and just found it odd that the visitor center is closed on a Saturday. I wasn't even planning on coming to the visitor center to be honest, but the billboards on the highway were promoting it. You'd think it'd be open on a day when folks would be coming in from out of town on the weekends.
