If I could give them 0 stars I would! The manager of the store is clueless and most definitely should not be piercing kids ears.... she’s rude and her poor work is everyone else’s fault. They left my daughters ears so bad I had to remove the earrings. I would not recommend this store to anyone and my daughter is only 1 so I’m very upset... due to the knots in her ear lobes and the excessive bleeding I have made an appointment with her doctor to make sure everything is as it should be! PLEASE BEWARE WHEN GETTING YOUR CHILDRENS EARS PIERCED

We went to get my little girls ears pierced. She is 4, the girls Victoria and Ally were there and did them at the same time both was very nice and helpful. The cleaned everything and made sure my little girl loved the whole process. Yes she did cry a little however it was not long. They both went over everything and my little girl is 2 days post ear piercing and not red not swollen and not even hurting. Could not ask for a better experience.

The sales person, Ally, was amazing! Very sweet, helpful, and accommodating. We were there for ear piercings, she handled herself well even though she had us and other patrons. She was still able to make us feel welcome and not rushed.

Went to Claire’s and sat there til 12, they didn’t open at the exact time and there was workers there. Why did I just waste 30 minutes waiting on this place to open???

I got my ears pierced and ended up having to have the diamonds dug out of my ear lobes.Do not get ya ears done there.
