Was there for 4 hours just to get a dot physical

Easy to make an appointment, great staff.nThe only problem I had with is the check in forms. Repetitive, having to write or sign my name more than once or twice on the same page. The electronic questionnaire also could be streamlined. Show me my previous answers on last checkup, then ask what changes are needed. Would save a lot of time.

My experience at the Bellevue Concentra office was very smooth, I felt well taken care off and they were very good at getting me through the process. I was amazed at how well the reception team handled some cranky customers that I overheard as I was waiting to be seen, they made them feel heard and comfortable in a very awkward situation. I went in for a DOT physical and they were very efficient and got me in and out.

While the up front work by office staff and nurses was very good the review was most disappointing as David refused to consider a memo from my doctor addressing a specific issue which was well known and documented in medical studies but not by David. He also would not discuss or return phone calls to discuss.
