This hotel never disappoints! This is the cleanest hotels ever! The staff is the most polite! Will always Recommend this hotel!
Terrible business. My family booked a room a week in a half prior to coming into town. This hotel canceled our reservation WITHOUT any notification of the cancellation or reason for cancellation. The customer service we received was absolutely unacceptable. We’ll never do business with this hotel again. #TheCustomerIsAlwaysRight
I stayed at this hotel July 24-26, 2020. The room was clean and comfortable. On Sunday morning as I was preparing to check out I began to itch on my back and the back of my legs. I initially assumed it was mosquito bites. During my drive home the itching intensified all over my entire back side. Once I got home I had my daughter inspect my back and take a picture so I could see what was going on. To my surprise it was not mosquito bites, but bed bug bites. I immediately called the hotel to speak with the manager to inform them that there is possibly an infestation in room 216. I was told the manager was away from the hotel and would be back soon. I left my name and number however the manager did not return my call. The next day I called the hotel again and was told the manager was unavailable and to this day the manager has not returned my call. I have been itching for several days now, taking Benadryl and saturating my back with anti itch ointment and the manager could not give me a courtesy follow-up phone call so I could advise him of my experience. I have been a Choice Hotel customer for years, however I will not be staying at this particular hotel again.
