Sparklight

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I used to have service with CableOne but my service kept going out because I was at the end of the line. So I canceled it. Then Sparklight took over. When the pandemic hit and my kids had to be homeschooled, I contacted Sparklight to reinstate my service. It turns out they ran new plans in my neighborhood and left my house out of it. I am the only one in my neighborhood that cannot get internet service. They told me they would run new lines at my expense! They want me to pay them $800 because they screwed up and left my house out! No thank you! I would rather keep my money and leave bad reviews everywhere I can!

I wish I was able to give them 0 star.This is the worst cable service ever and they always tryva way to snatch more money from you and come up with nonesense fees.

Exceeds expectations. Fast and friendly service.

I am really aggravated with your services at this time. I have made MULTIPLE reports if channels that are in my package not working keep getting the message “Signal problem”. I am paying for channels that I am unable to get and frankly I am tired of calling and going thru the same questions. So what are the issues and how are these going to be handled? I will not keep paying for services that I am not getting!!! Currently channel 103 is the channel I am getting this message on

Tried calling customer service for 3 hours and all I get is an automated message and it hangs up. Call the local office during business hours nobody answers. Good to know that if I ever have problems with service I'm just stuck with them.
