Called to get pricing & refused to help. Literally told me “Go google somewhere. They’ll do it better than here.” Seriously dude, I mean thanks for the advice but what a horrible business. Why are you even open? Worst customer service. Clearly don’t come here they don’t want no business. If I could give a 0, I would.

Our flag pole broke a while ago and we dearly missed being able to fly Old Glory. Frank came out and did a thorough inspection to determine the best fix or replacement. 2 days later we have a beautiful new flag pole. Frank's attention to the smallest detail makes a huge difference. The installation, the new cleats and the clean up were all simply perfect. Would recommend Frank without any hesitation.
