Family Dollar

So friendly, and some really good looking ladies working today too. In and out, easy peasy...

It's a good family dollar the workers are always friendly I've been going to this family dollar sense I was a kid and I'll continue to go this one.

The store manager is professional in customer service! 5:00pm shift... Definitely recommend any time.....

I was here about 5 minutes ago n there were 3 girls just standing there as the one employee is working n has a very long line

I went into the Family dollar 2828 to return a space heater that did not work. I purchased the heater and a different Family dollar but was at the grocery store next door. Upon entering the store, I was told the person that could do the return was in the restroom. I waited for this person for over15 min. When Dominique, this person, finally arrived up front and 3 customers checked out in the mean time, she had a couple of boxes in her hands and started, "I finally found them all." The sales person had to remind her that i was awaiting a return. When Dominique finally looked at the receipt, she stated, " My manager will not allow us to do returns on electronics from another store. " I asked, " Isn't Family Dollar a national chain?" She stated, "Yes, but my manager says not to take them back." I asked for the manager and was told he was off today. That is BS and the manager Charles, will be reported to corporate and a review on Yelp.
