Very dissatisfied with the Utility part. They took the drive thru out, not sure why, but it was the most convenient. It doesn't make any sense either because you still have to drive through the drive thru for the drop box. JUST OPEN THE BLINDS. You also have to pay to pay your bill. If you pay by card, they make you pay the credit card company. They don't actually send a late notice or disconnect notice, it's on the back of your bill (sneaky, sneaky). Your best bet, if you don't want to pay 4% of your bill to pay your bill, is to get a money order and put it in the drop box. At least that way you can get a receipt. They get 2 stars from me because I don't have a lot of issues with my utilities and the garbage man is super nice. I've only had the groundsmen out here one time since I moved here and they were real nice too.
