This was a great experience. This is my first wig purchase. The owner was kind and extremely helpful. When I chose my wig, she trimmed where needed. The wig is well made and feels like human hair. I'm so happy with my purchase.

Shopped here with my mom. Sue, the owner, is exceptionally sweet and very helpful. Tried lots of styles and she was happy to help find just the perfect wig. Would recommend this small but well stocked shop north of the river!

The owner of this shop has been in the metro north area for many years and used to be located in Metro North mall. It's a small shop but is well stocked with many styles to choose from and the owner couldn't be nicer. I've bought 3 wigs here and am very pleased with them.

Fraud. There are no exchanges. Or refunds.nThere are other locations that offer better customer service to fit your needs. I would not ever recommend going to purchase from the Metro North Wig Salon. The owner will not let you try on the wigs when you are there. And when you purchase a wig and try it on not pleased with your wig, the owner will take your money even when you are not happy. They just want your money. They do not care how you feel. They don't even deserve a star. They are greedy. And will not last long in this business.nCAUTION: DO NOT BUY HERE IF YOU EXPECT EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS.
