My experience was warm and welcoming. So happy the entire team was available for me to sign up for school after 5pm and even stayed a few minutes after closing to let me finish the process.

My experience at Strayer (Rockville Campus) was extremely poor. I refer to the financial and admission department. People working on those departments do not know what they are doing. Mr. Unalivia, works at the financial department, has no clue of how to manage mistakes made by their personnal. Also, he does not know how to comfront a customer neither resolve problems. He has a poor management level. I will never recommend anyone to study at this university. Admission tries to get you in without thinking of your financial stage. It is extremely important for me to let people know how bad they are in those departments. I wasted two years of my life in this school.

When you call the main number the recoding indicates the offices open at 8:00 am. Yet it is 8:13 Am on a Thursday and there isn't a soul to be found.
