This was my first visit to the spa. The atmosphere is quite welcoming, friendly and relaxing. I got a facial with Josephine. I am extremely satisfied with the service. Josephine is very pleasant, professional, skillful and knowledgeable. My overall facial was a fantastic experience. Definitely, I will come back for service again soon. I highly recommend the estethician and spa location.
I came for my first visit a few weeks ago and saw Addie. She was so sweet and did an amazing job. I felt so relaxed and comfortable in her hands. I would definitely recommend seeing her. My face felt so much healthier and glowed afterwards!
Their attitudes are incredibly horrible and still expected a tip after? I got a facial and it was nothing extraordinary, something i could have done at home. Meanwhile the lady talking the whole time trying to promote her side hustle to me... I read the reviews before coming here and thought it would be great, please save yourself and go somewhere else. The only good thing was the nice receptionist.
(March 31, 2021) Now this Hand & Stone Massage place is the bomb diggity. The place is so much bigger, the atmosphere is great here. Just how I like it when I go to the spa. Which was long overdue. I haven't been to get a facial in over 10 years smh. My X- fiance stayed up on that & he ain't have to. I really miss him
Have been a member here for over a year and it is definitely worth it! I see Shea for my massages and she is amazing, so thorough and tailors each session to whatever I need. The manager, Ashley, is also great, she helped me sort out some issues with my account during COVID and was so patient and helped me get everything resolved. Thanks H&S!
