A great place for treatment! Although physically therapy isn’t always a pleasant experience, the staff here make it 5x more bearable & enjoyable! They’re very pleasant & knowledgeable people. I’d recommend this place to anyone who’d need it.

The therapist at Active Physical therapy, are great at their profession, they care, it’s just not a job to them, it’s a love for there profession, by the way I am treated each time I come in for therapy. I feel so much better since I have been receiving Physical therapy at Active Physical therapy. Thank you

So i sent an appoint request via their website and no one ever got back to me (no big deal), so i called and the young lady who answered the phone was borderline rude and huffed and puffed when i asked her what was available. She also had an attitude and seemed like I was bothering her because I wanted to schedule an appointment. I asked her if she was a therapist there and she said no but i was HIGHLY turned off and told her that she probably shouldn’t answer the phones like that anymore and I no longer thought that Active would be a good fit for me. I checked their reviews and they were rated highly but if you have a receptionist talking to potential new clients like that and no one sees anything wrong with it then that’s not some place I want to do business with and I probably wouldn’t trust them with my health.

Although I only work two sessions with Aiman, they were good experiences. He was professional and experienced. I had to switch providers due to an insurance issue, otherwise I would have stayed. I would recommend him, specifically.
