The staff at NRH were very welcoming from the first time I stepped into the facility. Everyone there was always very helpful and had great attitudes. They greeted you when you came in and made sure to say goodbye when you were leaving. Brad was the therapist I had the pleasure of working with. He was very knowledgeable and always checked in to make sure I was OK after every exercise. Thank you for making my PT experience pleasurable.

The entire staff is very friendly and professional. Eric Tola is a fantastic physical therapist! He helped me through two recoveries. He is very knowledgeable and does a great job of explaining the treatment plan. He is very calm and will patiently address all questions and/or concerns you may have. He does a great job of finding the balance between motivating his patients to move forward in their recovery and listening to their needs. I highly recommend Eric for your recovery needs.

Michelle and Brad have been terrific. They listen and work with you -- pushing but aware of my comfort level. No shortcuts. I've had 3 one-hour sessions and the stretching has remarkably changed how I feel! I look forward to daily stretching over a longer period of time!

5 Stars absolutely! Great care and very welcoming as soon as you walk in for your first appointment. My Therapist Veronica was very detailed in why and what for the therapy exercises she had me doing. Extremely patient and understanding to my situation, currently 9 months pregnant with herniated discs! Lol the rest of the staff was very helpful and friendly as well! Everything you would expect from a rehabilitation, physical therapy center! Definitely would recommend and definitely coming back to finish up after baby comes!

Eric & Michelle are incredible at their craft. I have been a patient numerous times and have always received amazing care. If you unfortunately have a injury, you are fortunate to visit NRH in Germantown.nnAlso they do a tremendous job keeping the location sanitary.
