I have to honestly say I hated when my time came to an end. Everyone from the young ladies at the front desk to the PT therapists were welcoming, warm, professional, and engaging. I felt as if I had known them for years. My therapist, Leah, was a joy to work with. She listened to my concerns and came up with a comprehensive plan to help get my knee back in action. I definitely left there in way better shape than when I arrived. I highly recommend this facility!!!!

I have never written a google review before but felt that Leah’s efforts should be recognized in the case that someone like me is searching for a physical therapist. After breaking my ankle, I was nervous about having surgery and what the road to recover looked like ahead. I am a very active individual and found it hard to have high hopes. I couldn’t drive or put any weight on my foot for three months. Would I ever be able to run, rock climb, hike again?! Leah gave me the confidence to keep persevering and her tips/techniques/exercises truly helped my ankle heal back to normal . I would also like to mention that in the dead of winter, it was very depressing and difficult to see friends. I looked forward to coming to physical therapy twice a week and see people who I could connect with and who were there to help me and ask about how my life was! I am really really happy that I chose Proflex at Gaithersburg. Leah and JD are the best and they make a good team. If I need to go back to physical therapy, I know who I’m going to!nnAlso, Leah’s foot massage therapy is exceptional!

Leah and JD were the best! They helped me to feel 100% back to normal after a torn meniscus and MPFL reconstruction. This has been the best experience with PT I’ve ever had! I highly recommend them.

Great facilities and warm, friendly staff make you feel right at home. Leah Ross is my PT and has great to work with, helping me work through terrible back pain. She put together a great routine for me that helped me ramp up exercises quickly and safely to get back to my normal life. Highly recommend this practice!
