They were good in the beginning, but I noticed the more comfortable they got with me, the more stereotypical and condescending their remarks and actions became! Very uncomfortable at times ud83dude15

I really like doing PT with this practice. Kathy is amazing! So is Dani. I’m here for a back injury and they have helped a lot. Getting an appointment is pretty hard if you can’t book a month in advance but there is a cancellation list and every week I have been able to get in. If you’re claustrophobic I would recommend the Rockville office. It’s much bigger

There is absolutely a positive difference using a physical therapist owned practice! Their process and procedures are spot on. The admin process and front office staff is wonderful. Kathy A. My aquatic therapist was phenomenal. Her ability to teach, share, and equip her patients is empowering and encouraging for us. She has a gift of connecting with people and genuinely engages with the young and the old without being belittling in any way. Her skill set and passion for this type of therapy cannot be compared. My month spend with her was a game changer for life.

ProAction is the best. Danny and Rachel have seen me through a hip labral tear and subsequent hip arthroscopic surgery. I can't thank them enough. So grateful for my care here. Appointments are 45 minutes of one-on-one time with your PT instead of half time with PT and half time with aide like many other practices. They really know their stuff. I recommend coming here especially if you have the type of injury/surgery that I do. They see a LOT of patients who have had hip scopes, and since it's a relatively new procedure, the type of experience they have is not common.

I've just completed five weekly sessions with Ken Fleit following bone graft surgery on my ankle. This is my third surgery following an auto accident, and I've worked with a number of different physical therapists--most of them very good, actually.nnHowever, one stands out, and that's Ken. He's very bright, seemed to be able to understand what was happening inside my foot and ankle, even without an x-ray machine. He gave me some exercises aimed right at helping me to ski again--and I think he seriously nailed it. If I can ever ski again, and there's still work for me to do, I'll thank Ken for it.nnKen's approach is to give you a small group of exercises to do, so that you have a chance of actually doing it all--and I was. I kept getting better at it through the six weeks, and I'm still improving.nnKen operates within Proaction Physical Therapy, a great environment. I got a reminder call one day before each appointment, and not just a recorded call or a very dry few words--a nice person called each time, happy to chat as well as remind me of my appointment. These were calls I looked forward to, actually, they were so nice.nnThe environment there is good. There's plenty of free parking, close to the door, without a lot of steps to climb. Which is important to a lot of us who are having physical therapy!nnI recommend the company, and I particularly recommend Ken. And if you're there around lunchtime, stop in the small lunchroom in the building and have a tofu sandwich on whole wheat toast. You'll be surprised--it's delicious.
