I was looking for a physical therapy practice and found this one. The ownership and staff are fabulous. I arrived with my “internet” knowledge of my physical ailment, but the doctor showed a lot of patience and kind re-direction in what was really going on. They resolved the issue completely and quickly, so that no time was wasted. You will not be disappointed either with this practice.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Shady Grove Physical Therapy + Rehab Center. I went to the center for support for pain radiating from my neck to finger tips. I was told by several orthopedic surgeons that I had a cervical radiculopathy and should try PT but would likely need disc replacement surgery. I'm in my 30s, mother of two under 5. The thought of surgery was daunting and terrifying. My therapist, Sarika Raina, was kind, supportive, knowledgeable and compassionate. After 6 months, I am pain free. Pain free, something I was told wasn't possible without surgical intervention. I cannot thank Sarika Raina enough. She cares about her patients and creates a personal plan that works for you. She has made me a true PT believer. I highly recommend Sarika Raina and the Shady Grove PT + Rehab Center!
