Pharmacy works very slow, they dont have anything on time, be ready to spend more than 30 min here, they will always make you waite and for some reason the system is always down. I have been in others cvs pharmacy and they are not desorganized like this one. I recommend you to go to the one on 7955 Tuckerman Ln that is 5 min away from this one and provides better service. THESE PEOPLE IN THIS PHARMACY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME, THEY SHOULD CLOSE!

for the past few years customer service -- I would give 0 . They have zero respect to the customers.. Prescription Department has become completely disorganized by this new staff .Long waiting time and many other issues. Just a low class place.

I used this pharmacy for 21 years. It was good in terms of location and service. Several years ago it started to go downhill, and there is no end of slope in sight. Ultimately I decided to switch to the other one. CVS personnel was unable to transfer my prescriptions. After being on hold with total time of more than two hours, two visits to CVS, and a visit to new pharmacy, several calls back and forth in my presence I gave up, called my doctors and asked them to send new prescriptions to my new pharmacy . If you still have doubts please read top reviews at this site. This CVS pharmacy is the worst pharmacy EVER!

Most incompetent staff possible. Made mistake after mistake and took an hour to correct. An hour! Then they staff tried to blame it on me to their manager. Store is also in complete disarray. Would avoid this store at all costs

I am disappointed with the customer service when filling out prescriptions. There is always something off and you never get the right medications and quantity. I am tired of going there. There is one employee (Emmanuel) that is always interested in helping, but he cannot handle all customers at once.nI would like to see a better service, maybe a raise or hiring more employees. Management must take care of the employees and medications flow.
