My sister has been at about 8 facilities in the DC area since her stroke in 2015. Allied Pharmacy is the only pharmacy service that has delivered fair pricing, responsive service and overall compassion!nnI cannot understand how anyone would give them less than a five stare review as I'd give them TEN If I could!nnI've called them with budgetary concerns and they were consistently patient and considerate, by helping us find the most cost effective solutions; and even lowering prices, where they could.nnThe company's owner was always accessible and willing to help us out. I'd nominate her for a CNN hero award if I could!nnAllied is the rare company that truly places people and great customer service as their first priority!nnMichael K, Reston VA

f you want your prescriptions done right and filled, no hassles no waiting in line, you need to be getting your prescriptions done here, if you're not getting them at Allied then you don't know what you are missing, best in town... if they ain't got it they'll get, quick and fast... and I don't like giving five stars hardly ever but this place deserves it

Super rude. Horrible customer service. They treat you like they are doing you a big favor. Never received medication, called back and I was treated poorly. Only reason I bought this particular med from them is because it was much more affordable than going to my regular pharmacy but no way I would get anything else from them.

If I had a choose I wouldn’t use them again. First order was the disaster as it arrived day late and screwed up my treatment. Second and recent order is just another example of unorganized business. Ordered another batch in the morning and they said they have everything in place and I will receive it the next day on sat. Well, I got the call around dinner time informing me that one of the medications is not in stock and they won’t know when will they be getting it in. So my treatment starts on Monday and I have no medications. Wth!? If you need medications for a timely treatment please do research and look elsewhere. They should be giving huge discounts to people for inconvenience. When they say when you will receive the meds you won’t. I guarantee you will get two days or more later than they tell you.

Farah at Allied Pharmacy is very friendly and professional. She went above and beyond to get me my medication before leaving for my trip, even going so far as to bring me my medication herself after closing the pharmacy. That is excellent customer service! I have always received great service and care from Allied Pharmacy!
