Great location and good rooms. Exercise equipment in the room is convenient and clean. They have the most comfortable office chairs in a hotel of this category. We stayed on several occasions, when we visit family in town. Their customer service has been impecable during all our stays: a few weeks ago a nice front desk gentleman gave my kids two complimentary adorable brand new stuffed animals that made their day. Basic clean solid choice.
Horrible . Everything is broken . Staff is disrespectful and unconcerned. Room service (they say) is available upon request. We requested it 6 times and received nothing. When we arrived , there was a lady complaining about the same issues while we were checking out. I wanted to give them a chance by considering it an isolated event . I was wrong . I went through the same thing . And the manager (her name is Tamika ) did not care one bit. That part was hurtful , knowing that we had just spent all this money and that I was coming out of surgery . A huge disappointment. I do not see them staying opened long if this experience become common amongst other guests .
This place is great I was only going to stay for one night but were it was so nice and clean me and my wife is staying a extra night. Best rest I had in a good while
Very hard to get checked in with a corporate set up and the parking is extremely out of your way the hotel itself is very very clean and nice to be in the rooms itself have a nice set up for people who are into fitness if your not the rooms would be a waste for you
Nice hotel, but would not honor price given on Travelocity. Showed them my receipt clearly showing parking was included. They said Travelocity can’t offer that, but clearly they can as I paid for it. So in lieu of simply eliminating the additional $24 I was charged for parking they chose a bad review and told me take it up with Travelocity. Well, I think I’ll take it up with Travelocity and leave a bad review. Plenty of other nice hotels in the area.
