Stayed on Christmas eve. Arrived close to midnight and the booking I made from booking.com hasn't arrived there yet. Well done. But the gentleman at the reception was awesome he gave us a room with the same rate. He was kind enough to understand our situation. And explained everything with great enthusiasm. Room, toilets and the shower were perfectly cleaned and the toiletries were in place. The room temperature control felt like it takes a little time to respond. ( just my opinion my gf didn't thought of that way. )nDidn't really bother to see the breakfast option, hotel agreed on a late checkout for free which was till 14:00 afternoon. I will definitely come back here again. I am not judging the parking spaces since it was Christmas eve.nNothing here is extraordinary to achieve a 5star rating but certainly keeps a better standard than most hotels I have been. The receptionist who's name i can't remember , certainly shows his high standards of professionalism.
Great staff! Excellent service and attitudes . Rooms are nice and clean. Very affordable! Would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a solid place to stay
The only reason I'm leaving this 4 stars and not 5 is because they had issues with the elevators the entire stay. Sometimes it would take 5 minutes sometimes they would not come at all. I never saw any elevator repairmen working so I'm not sure if they were unaware of just ignoring the problem.
