Adorable library - great selection of kids books. Some fun toys and activities. Parking is doable but can be a little tricky. Decent hours, but be aware or what days it's closed. Quiet nicely forested area surrounding.
I like the idea of what they're trying to do here. You really can't diss a children's Library; it's a safe place to go when the weather is too cold or too hot to play outside. However, I will say this... (We went on a Saturday morning around 10:00.) If you are at all, and I mean just a little bit, claustrophobic or have ever thought of yourself as a germaphobe, this place can be difficult. It was so crowded that it was difficult to make your way from one side of the room to the other, which you must do often when going anywhere with a toddler. Made me wonder if there is a fire code maximum occupancy for the tiny building, and if so if it's adhered to.
This is a wonderful service provided to children in Montgomery County. The librarians are friendly and they keep the place neat.
