Google maps keeps asking me to give a review. The gas was just fine.

I stopped in Exxon on Bauer Drive and asked them to check the air pressure. He told me it was probably a nail and it would cost $29.95 to plug it. I said I was sure it just needed air. He said that adding air was $15.95. I thought that was crazy but said go ahead and check. He put my car on the lift and came back with a screw. I have no idea if it came from my tires or not but said “ plug it please”. It took forever. Then he came in carrying my air filters and said they were filthy did I want him to change them. I said no my mechanic will do it when I have my oil changed. He left again and came back and told me my oil was very low and he could add a can for me till I got to my mechanic. I thanked him and said no. I paid my $29.95 and left.nnToday I took my car to my mechanic at Emerald City in Gaithersburg. I told them my tale and they do not charge to add air and probably wouldn’t charge to plug a tire. They’d rather make a new customer. He checked my air filters and said they were dirty but he wouldn’t say they were filthy. And not only was my oil level fine, the oil was clean. He changed my filters and my oil and I’ll see them next time. I will never stop in that Exxon again for help or gas. Wanted to warn others to be aware of them.

I rarely give one star ratings, and this place should be lucky to get that one star.nnI pumped $60 worth of gas, got back into my car and behold my luck the car won't start. So I walk over to the service bays and ask the guy if he has a jump start pack I can borrow. He says yes but only for customers...! Really only for customers I get it, so I ask how much to jump start my car, he asks his manager and he turns back and says $39.95! Really you have no cars in the bay and you want to charge me for 1/2 hour of labor for 5 minutes of work?nnNo wonder you're not busy, meanwhile I'm just sitting here in the breeze while my wife comes by with jumper cables.nnStay away from this place, you can tell they like to price gouge their customers!!!!
